Comfortable and clean rooms with smart amenities!
I faced significant issues during my stay. The air conditioning was almost non-functional, making my room uncomfortably warm, and it took too long for the staff to respond to my complaints. Additionally, the cleaning service was abysmal. my room was only cleaned once in an entire week, and I had to repeatedly ask the staff for basic cleaning, which they did poorly.

Staff at the front desk were proficient in English, French, and Spanish, making communication smooth. However, I faced some issues with the air conditioning, as it didn't perform well during my stay. Despite reporting the problem, the response from the staff was lacking, and I was uncomfortable in the warm room. Also, housekeeping was inconsistent. my room was only cleaned once in a week, which could be improved. Still, I appreciated the comfortable bed and pleasant atmosphere overall.
